Guest Experience Design
A concept only becomes meaningful when it can be felt.
The arrival, the pace of a day, the way a guest moves through a property, the tone of a welcome, the details that are noticed and the ones that are not. Together, these shape how a place is experienced and remembered.
Our work focuses on the experience of the stay itself. We consider both the overall structure of the guest journey and the smaller moments within it, ensuring that the original idea of the property is carried through consistently in practice.
The work operates on two scales at once: the overall shape of the stay—its arc from arrival to departure—and the small moments inside it that define how the property is actually felt. Both are designed alongside each other; neither is incidental to the other.
We define and refine
— arrival and first impression
— spatial flow and transitions
— tone of service and interaction
— pace and rhythm of the stay
— key experiences and defining moments
— scent, sound, light, and materiality
— the visual language of the stay
— the guest-facing touchpoints encountered along the way
This forms a framework for how the property is experienced in practice. Each element is considered in relation to the whole, so that the concept is carried through consistently.
