Hotel Marketing (Pre-Opening)

A hotel begins to be talked about months before it opens, and a guest's first experience of a property is very often digital.

We approach the digital surfaces of a property as an extension of the guest experience. What is communicated, in what order, with what restraint—these decisions shape how a guest arrives, both literally and in their expectations.

The work covers the public face of the property: its first introduction, its written and visual voice, and the website through which most of these decisions are eventually held.

The opening story

Every hotel launch needs one story that is true to the place and simple enough to repeat. Because we write the hotel concept, the opening story comes from it, not from a campaign.
